EMTHOS has an independent Ethics structure which, in turn, aims at impartiality and serves to serve employees, representatives, partners, suppliers and other parties that may have a direct or indirect relationship with EMTHOS, enabling the carrying out of report when necessary.
Complaints must be made following occurrences that go against the EMTHOS Ethics Program, as well as current legislation or about some cases of actions that carry out inappropriate/unethical misconduct that may affect the image of the company, in addition to the employee, the financial result and which destabilizes the company's work environment.
